Exchanges & Returns:

Would you like to return something back to us? NO PROBLEM! Returning an item for a refund or exchange is easy. Please ensure the following guidelines are followed in order to process your return;

♥ Returns must be made within 14 days of receipt. To return your unwanted items, please mark which you would like to send back on your returns note.

♥ Any item in sale can ONLY be exchanged or be given a credit note for the value of the sale. Please note down the details of your exchange on your returns note.

♥ Returned items must be undamaged in their original packaging with all labels, tags, barcodes still attached.

♥ The original packaging must be undamaged and unmarked. Please do not write on boxed item packaging.

♥ All items must be returned unworn with no evidence of scented deodorants or aftershaves.

♥ For Health and Hygiene Regulations we cannot accept the following returns: items sent back with a defined, strong odour such as strong cooking smells, cigarette smoke etc.

♥ Please note the goods are your responsibility until they are received and signed for by us, so please ensure all items are securely packaged to avoid the possibility of damage in transit.

When will I receive my refund?:

Please allow up to 10 working days for your returned parcel to be received. We’ll send you an email as soon as your return has been processed. Refunds take 3-5 working days to reach your account.

If you haven't heard from us after 10 working days of sending your parcel back, Please get in touch via our contact form and we can assist further. Remember to include return tracking number and don't forget to let us know which return method you used.


Custom Made Orders:

Please note we do not except refunds for custom made orders.

Custom orders have been made especially for you. Customers are reminded that they should satisfy themselves that the products they are ordering are suitable for their requirements before placing an order. (We advise to take extra care when choosing something that is custom made. For example, make sure you have provided the correct details of sizing, colour or style of your request). Once your order is placed we do not allow alterations to sizing / style.
