1.1. All references to “we” and “us” in the following terms and conditions refer to Posh Poms UN operating from www.poshpoms.co.uk
1.2. You must be aged 18 years or over to purchase any of our products. By placing an order you confirm you are at least 18 years old.
1.3. All items for sale are brand new unless otherwise stated.
1.5. Dispatch of items
1.5.1.DPD: We endeavor to dispatch items within 24 hours of receipt of cleared payment, except during weekends and UK bank holidays (Providing items are in stock). However on most weekdays, items will be dispatched the same day if cleared payment is received before 15:00 hrs. This is also dependent on all items for an order being in stock.
2.1. We accept Card and PayPal payments. We will wait until payments are cleared, where relevant, before issuing items. Please note that, in our experience, PayPal eCheques normally take 10 days to clear. We strongly suggest that if sending cash, you obtain a suitable level of compensation for loss – see Royal Mail Website for details.
2.2. Payments should be made within 7 working days from the purchase date. If you are not using PayPal as your payment method, please include with your payment, the description and color of item(s), (if applicable).
3.1. Contract Cancellation: If you are purchasing from within the European Union, you have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase of any items within a period of 7 working days, beginning with the day after the day on which the item is delivered.
3.1.1. If you wish to return item(s) under the terms of 3.1 above, then the items must be unused, in their original packaging, with all relevant seals attached and unbroken. The item(s) must be sent to us so that we receive them within 14 working days after the day of the date that the item(s) were delivered to you. For your protection, we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service. Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is damaged on receipt, (see 3.2 below).
3.2. Wrong/Damaged items:
3.2.1. Wrong item(s): If we send a wrong item or items to the buyer, then they can be returned for replacement or refund at the buyer’s discretion. We will refund the postage costs associated with the return of the item(s). The buyer must contact us with details of the item(s) received BEFORE returning the items to us. Any items to be returned to us must comply with the item condition description given in 3.1.1 above.
3.2.2. Damaged item(s): We take great care in the packaging of all our items, but in the unlikely event the buyer receives item(s) damaged in transit, we will replace the item(s) at no further cost to the buyer. The damaged item(s), and all associated packaging, will have to be returned to us before we issue the replacements. The postage cost associated with the return will also be refunded by us. Please contact us BEFORE returning the item(s) to discuss the method of return. If it is impractical to return the damaged item(s), then we would require photographic evidence of the damage to be forwarded to us before we issue replacements.
4. Proof of Posting/Postal issues:
4.1. A proof of posting is obtained for all packages sent.
4.2. For packages deemed lost in the Royal Mail postal system, we will be happy, on behalf of our customers, to complete the relevant forms for the Royal Mail investigation into the loss. Please note, however, these investigations can take a considerable time to be completed. 4.3. Shipping is only free to customers based in the UK mainland. You will be asked to pay extra if you order from overseas. The shipping prices are calculated at checkout.
